Kuyingozi ukukhuluphala ngokweqile ebantwini

ABANYE abantu baye baphatheke kabuhlungu uma ukhuluma ngemizimba yabo, njengokuthi uma uphawula ngokuthi bakhuluphele, bakuthathe ngokuthi ubabeka isici. Nokho-ke kumele siphawule ngakho njengodokotela, ngoba kungayanyaniswa okanye kugcine kunyusa amathuba ezifo ezahlukene.

Ezinsukwini ezedlule bekugujwa usuku loku-qwashisa ngesisindo eseqile (obesity) okuyinkinga ebhekene namazwe amaningi, okubalwa kuwo neNingizimu Afrika. Uma kukhulunywa nge-obesity, kusuke kukhulu-nywa ngokukhuluphala ngokweqile noma okudlulele. Lokho sikubona uma sibheka isisindo nobude bomuntu, phecelezi i-BMI( Body Mass Index). Uma i-BMI ingaphezu kwamashumi amathathu (30), lokho kusho ukuthi ukhuluphele ngokweqile.

Kuningi okungadala ukuthi umuntu akhuluphale ngokweqile kungaba:

- Ufuzo (genes) olumenza abe kanjalo,
- Ukudla esikudlayo, ikakhulukazi okunamafutha kakhulu, nestashi esiningi
- Ukungazivocavoci,
- Ukulala isikhathi esincane, yingakho kubalu-lekile ukulala noma amahora awu-8
- Okunye-ke kuyaye kube imishanguzo oyidlayo.

Izinkinga ezingadalwa wukukhuluphala ngokweqile

I-Obesity uma ungayisukumeli, ingadala izinkinga eziningi kuwe, okubalwa:
- isifo senhliziyo,
- isifo sohlangothi, phecelezi i-stroke,
- Ukwenyuka kwamathuba okuba nesifo sikashukela ne “high-high” phecelezi, i-high blood pressure.

Kumele usebenzisane nodokotela wakho kanye nodokotela bokudla ama-dietician ukukusiza ukuba uzivikele okanye welaphe i-obesity. Kubalulekile ukuthi ngikuveze lokhu, kuyadinga ukuthi ukwazi ukuziqoqa ngoba indlela yinde, idinga ukuthi ubekezele, wazi izilingo ezingadala ukuthi ubuyele ekudleni okungekho ezingeni elifanele. Kubalulekile ukuthi uzivocavoce, ubekezele noma kunzima ukuze uzokwazi ukuthi ugcine uphumelele.
